360 Degree Brewing have been making bold, hop forward beers in Sussex since 2013. They offer a wide range of craft beer and ale, that can be enjoyed by all.

Since 2016, Atlantic Distillery have been producing award winning, handcrafted gin, vodka, and other delicious spirits. Many of the botanicals they use are grown on their farm in Newquay or wild-harvested across Cornwall.

Just over one of Bourton-on-the-Water’s iconic honey-coloured stone bridges sits the village’s historic bakery, Bakery on the Water. Located on the River Windrush, opposite the old mill, the bakery applies the same artisanal tradition, recipes and techniques from a century ago to create truly artisan loaves with exceptionally well-developed flavours and crusts, and exquisite pastries using locally milled flour. 

Bays Brewery is a family-run brewery that has been crafting award-winning beers in Torbay for 16 years and counting. The team brew a selection of premium ales which include Gold, Best and Breaher.

What can't be grown in our Kitchen Gardens, is locally sourced from no more than 25 miles. Although we grow much of our own produce, Berry Hill Farm provides us with a colourful harvest of greens and fruit throughout the year.

Bramley are a big lover of the British countryside and share our commitment to maintaining & preserving our natural environment. You’ll find Bramley throughout bedrooms and Sows and Boars Loos. All Bramley products are made with the finest essential oils and 100% natural botanicals, which give them their wonderful natural fragrance and their amazing therapeutic qualities.

For over 30 years, Bramleys has been supplying great produce – and as times changed, and it became increasingly difficult to compete with large supermarkets, Bramley pulled up their sleeves and began to diversify. In 2011, the Wholesale side was brought to life with the help of a sack truck and a whole lot of determination! They now have an ever-growing fleet of vehicles and a great team of hardworking staff delivering fresh and dry store products daily, all across Gloucestershire.

Broxhall Farm, just a stone's throw away from us here at THE PIG-at Bridge Place, supplies us with the most delicious British beef. All their beef comes from their herd of Aberdeen Angus and Sussex cattle – native breeds to the area!

Made from the milk of a herd of water buffalo on the family farm in Somerset, Buffalicious is a fresh, light and creamy British take on an Italian classic: buffalo mozzarella. This is a tasty all rounder that is used in many of our 25 mile menu dishes.

Nestled at the foot of the South Downs, Chilgrove handcraft spirits by a traditional method of distilling grapes instead of grain. Using hand-foraged Sussex juniper and the natural mineral water from Chilgrove too.

Chocolarder are one of a handful of bean-to-bar chocolate makers in the UK, and the only one based in Cornwall – just 32 miles from THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay – that ethically source beans from all over the world and turn them into award winning chocolate. Our chefs love to use Chocolarder for all our chocolatey sweet treats on our pudding menus across THE PIGs!

Circumstance Distillery is a certified B Corp, organic English whisky distillery, located in the heart of Bristol. They use a flavour first approach, where they consider flavour above all else when crafting their spirits.

Copper Rivet Distillery is a grain to glass distillery, found in a repurposed 19^th century pumphouse in the heart of Chatham's Royal Dockyard. Here they craft some exceptional spirits from scratch in bespoke stills.

Eight Arch Brewing Co. is an independent craft brewery based in Wimborne, named after the eight arches at nearby landmark Julian’s Bridge located in their home patch. They have a selection of award winning beer, that span a wide range of styles and tastes.

Exeter Gin is a handcrafted, produced in small batches using a traditional copper still, and inspired by Exeter’s Roman heritage. The team use ancient botanicals that were favoured by the Romans many years ago – giving the gin the robust and smooth flavour we love!

Flack Manor is an independent brewery in Romsey, that uses locally sourced ingredients in their quality cask brewing. They supply cask ale and bottled beer to local businesses in the area, as well as through their brewery shop, The Flack Shack.

Goosemoor (formally known as Darts Fresh) is a family run business supplying fruit, veg, meat, and more since 1957. Although we grow much of our own produce, Goosemoor provides us with a colourful harvest of greens and fruit throughout the year.

Inspired by the Cornish land and shores around them, Harbour Brewing Co brew a great selection of classic Cornish beers. They use Cornish spring water tapped straight from the source to brew their beer over in Bodmin.

Our good friends over at Jamies Farm supply us with some of the most delicious lamb in the local area. Jamies Farm is also a charity that supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to thrive academically, socially and emotionally through farming, family, therapy and legacy elements.

Established in 1808, Jesse Smith & WJ Castle is a family-owned butchers and delicatessen based in Cirencester. Provenance sits at the heart of their ethos, working closely with their trusted farmers and suppliers to bring our customers the finest quality meat and produce for their table. They source with care from producers who share our passion for flavour and quality, and work with farms with only the highest standards of animal welfare.

Kent Deer Company work with local landowners to control and protect their land from becoming overpopulated by deer. In turn, they supply local hospitality businesses with venison - us included!

Sarah from Loft Pickles and James supplies us with seasonal jams and marmalades. From local and organic produce changing seasonally, you will be sure to find a few jars on our breakfast grazing table.

A Cotswold-based set of eight cafés with a strong ethos on great coffee and artisan sourdough. Lynwood & Co bake fresh artisan pastries, cakes and sourdough, daily, and deliver 7 days a week all over the Cotswolds and beyond. The brand was originally created back in 1998 the parents of Director & Owner Rob – fast forward to 2014, Rob and his partner Kats moved to England with the intention of bringing Australian coffee culture to The Cotswolds. They opened their first site in Lechlade in January 2015 and, since then, have grown to 8 sites supported by their own central production kitchen and bakery.

Meggy Moo’s Dairy is a family owned dairy farm in Dorset, that produce some of the best award winning milk for over 30 years! These local suppliers also produce double cream, sea salted butter, and ‘Mini Moo’s’ milkshakes.

Natural carbonation with live yeast is at the heart of everything that is brewed at Moor Beer Brewery in Bristol. Their ethos is all about creating beers with unique textures and being full of flavours, and not to mention drinkability!

New Forest Cider are a traditional cider brewery located in the heart of the New Forest in a small town called Burley. They use English apples from their own orchards to produce some of the best cider around. 

New Wave supply top quality fresh fish and shellfish landed directly on small boats using sustainable methods. Set up in 1989 by Tim Boyd, New Wave brings top-quality fresh fish and shellfish direct from the coast to chefs in the landlocked Cotswolds. Almost 35 years on, New Wave continues to be a fully independent company with Tim as Managing Director. He continues to be involved on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the same high-quality, sustainable seafood across all the elements of the business. 

NorthDown brewery began crafting award wining beers in Margate back in 2018. They focus on big, hazy hop hitters, whilst producing a variety of beers spanning cask perfect best bitters, modern hazy pale ales and flavour forward IPAs.

With 4 acres of land nourished, nurtured and tented to by 7^th generation farmer and former Stein’s Head Chef, Ross Geach, Padstow Kitchen Garden are passionate about growing and rearing first-class produce.

Pentire are botanical non-alcoholic spirits, based just a stone's throw away from THE PIG-at Harlyn Bay in Cornwall. Their spirits are distilled using native plants to the Cornwall coastline and pair perfectly with our garden-to-glass tipples that the PIG Bar Teams muddle up.

Pleasant Land are a family-run distillery in Kent, that craft spirits using ethically sourced and local raw materials. They are also the UK's first sustainable contract distillery, using renewable power and circular water systems to produce sustainable spirits.

Salcombe Brewery Co. produce award winning, artisan beers over in Kingsbridge, Devon. They craft their beers using sustainable brewing methods and locally sourced ingredients where possible.

A small brewery house based near Poole in Dorset, Sandbanks Brewery is known for its simple range of high quality, distinctive cask ales that are enjoyed throughout local businesses. They locally source raw materials and donate their used grains to local farms.

Sapling Spirits are our go-to vodka and gin, a spirit that adds the extra clean, creamy, and smooth taste to any tipple. Sapling are a carbon neutral, B-Corp certified, climate positive, refillable, regenerative, tree planting team of sustainability champions, who also produce some of the best Vodka and Gin in the UK - their spirits are created using local British ingredients after all!

Seven Sisters produce some of the best grape-based spirits in the South Downs. The grapes are grown on the chalky slopes of the Rathfinny Estate and are what brings the magic to every sip, plus it makes every bottle a vintage and rare in its own right!

Ana and Dermot Sugrue produce some of the best English Sparkling out there, at Sugrue South Downs winery – the same place as to where our PIG wine is made. Ask for a glass of our house fizz during your next PIG visit and you’ll get a delicious taste of Sugrue South Downs The Trouble With Dreams.

Tarquin’s handcraft tiny batches of award-winning gin on the wild coast of north Cornwall. They place their home patch at the heart of everything they do, and work with local Cornish and British suppliers where possible.

The Book & Bucket Cheese Company hand make award winning artisan cheese in the heart of Dorset from local sheep and cow’s milk.

Meet Sasha, The Truffle Huntress, who provides us with the tastiest winter truffles that can be found in the local area. Sasha sources truffles across The Isle of Purbeck with her trusted colleague and friend, Ralf the dog!

A sustainable, family run farm located in West Sussex, where we get our whole beef from. Trenchmore Farm believe nothing should go to waste and everything is full circle.

Made with sustainability in mind, Two Drifters was brought to life by husband and wife team Russ and Gemma, in an aircraft-style hangar near Exeter Airport. The duo produces award winning carbon negative rum by using raw ingredients.

Vicky’s Bread is a wholesale artisan bakery that supplies to local businesses across Devon and Cornwall. Everything is made by hand, using traditional methods and recipes.

Wessex is a family-run, award winning distillery in Surrey, that has been producing local craft gin since 2017. All of their smooth, clean, and flavoursome gins are made in a 240-liter copper pot called Toby, which was named after their Grandma!

Wilding Cider is made by Beccy and Sam Leach, natural cider and perry farmers/makers in Chew Magna, North Somerset. All their cider is made from fruit grown from their own soil, or hand picked from other local orchards.

Wing of St Mawes have been working with and supporting local fishermen for over 40 years to supply fresh fish, shellfish and smoked fish to local hospitality businesses in Cornwall and South Devon.

Woodchester Valley was established in 2007 when a single acre was planted on our Amberley site to assess the suitability of the land for growing vines. Our first vintage, a crisp dry Bacchus was produced from our 2010 harvest. This was followed by a further planting in 2011, with the Woodchester site planted in 2012 (20 acres), and Doverow in 2013 (another 20 acres). Our winery was established in 2016, with our 2016 vintage being the first year we produced our wines on site.
