So, we couldn’t have been more excited to have officially become B Corp accredited in 2024 – joining a global community of like-minded businesses who are committed to always working to be better, as a force for good. And with March being B Corp Month, we’ll be throwing a whole host of events across the patches we call home to celebrate!
Join us at our Devon home for a laid-back evening of conversation with our pals in the B Corp community, as we explore what it really means to do business for good. Expect honest stories, practical insights and a chance to chew over the big ideas (and a slice of wood-fired pizza) with like-minded folk.
We’ll warmly welcome you into at The Folly at 6pm with a refreshing garden-to-glass cocktail, crafted using our B Corp certified friends at Pentire (for a non-alcoholic cocktail) or Sapling (vodka or gin), to help you settle in for the lively panel discussion with our four expert panellists – with plenty of time for questions at the end!
Kate Harvey, Sustainability Manager at THE PIG Hotels, will kick off the conversation with our guest speakers about how doing business with care can make a real difference. Jacqueline Gunn from B Lab will be sharing her expertise on how brands can prioritise social and environmental responsibility. Greg Parsons from our local friends at Sharpham Dairy will share his experience of running a sustainable, values-driven enterprise. And Ivo Devereux from Sapling, our house gin and vodka across THE PIGs, will explore creative approaches to thoughtful, lasting choices.

After the talk, we’ll be serving up plates piled high, in true PIG feasting style! Enjoy wood-fired pizzas alongside cheese and meats from our friends at Sharpham Dairy, perfect for lingering and chatting.
To round off the evening, you’ll tuck into ice cream pots from our friends at Jude’s – the perfect sweet treat after a feel-good day of talking all things people, planet, and profit.

The panel discussion, featuring the brilliant Ivo, Jacqueline, and Greg, will include plenty of opportunity for Q&A. Afterwards, enjoy a wood-fired pizza supper, paired with PIG’s homemade Apple Mint tipples a perfect way to linger, chat, and soak up the evening.
