Head to our house in the heart of the New Forest this World Cocktail Day to sip, shake and muddle your way into the sunny season, creating three utterly moreish summer cocktails to help you host a seriously good garden gathering – THE PIG way!

Hosted by our Group Bar Manager, Sam Vesey, we’ll warmly welcome you into our Green Room, tucked beside the hustle and bustle of the restaurant, where Sam will show you our PIG tricks and tips on how to create three seriously refreshing tipples to keep your guests cool this summer. 

There will be plentiful platters of tasty Piggy Bits to graze on while you get stuck in shaking, stirring, and muddling your trio of cocktails.

And, if you fancy staying for a proper bite to eat, we’ll knock 20% off your dining bill – the perfect excuse to linger a little longer and soak up those long, lazy summer evenings!

What time? Arrival at 4pm for a two-hour workshop until 6pm

How much? £60 per person, to include everything you need to create three signature PIG summer cocktails, as well as sharing platters of moreish Piggy Bits to graze on while you get to creating your trio of refreshing drinks. 

Please note this course is for over 18s only, and we have limited capacity available for this course.
